Clinic Updates May 2020

Ray of Light Holistic Health, Inc.  is opening MONDAY, MAY 11, in accordance with Gov. Holcomb's Back on Track Indiana plan! We are so excited to see all of you and help spread joy, peace, and relaxation. Please be patient with us while we honor appointments already scheduled during the closure time. We have a few hundred phone calls to return and are working our way through the list as quickly as possible.  If you had an appointment scheduled with us and have not received a call, please know that you will. We are not accepting any new clients during the month of May, to help us get our medically necessary and previously scheduled appointments taken care of first.

Guidelines


The Following Guidelines are in place to ensure and support everyone's health and wellbeing.

  1. Complete your COVID 19 liability release form on your Vagaro account online or you will need extra time to complete it at the clinic.
  2. Stop in the entryway and use hand sanitizer.  You will be screened with a contactless thermometer at the door.
  3. Only the scheduled client will be allowed in the clinic.
  4. Please consider minimizing the number of personal items you bring into the clinic.  
  5. Please wear a face mask until you arrive in your treatment room, have discussed your case with your provider, and the provider has left the room.  If you prefer, you can wear your mask during your treatment.
  6. If you have had a fever in the 48 hours prior to your appointment, please reschedule. We are waiving our late cancellation fees at this time.
  7. If you have been directly exposed to someone with COVID-19, please wait 14 days before coming to an appointment.
  8. If you have traveled to an area with high numbers of COVID-19 cases, please refrain for 14 days before coming to the clinic.
  9. Please arrive on time for your appointment, but please do not come in early to sit and wait.
  10. If you are over 65 years old or extremely health compromised, you are encouraged to continue to shelter at home and no late cancellation charges will be imposed. 
  11. You are encouraged to place a payment method on file with us for a no contact check out procedure.
  12. During check out, please hand your payment method to the support staff and step back to the yellow line to observe social distancing.  

What we are doing on our end to keep you safe are the following:

  1. Staff members will be screened for fever upon entering the building. 
  2. Each room will be sanitized between clients.
  3. Each room will have hand sanitizer.
  4. Used linens will be taken directly to the laundry room for containment.
  5.  Bottled water will be offered but no more glasses of water.
  6. Magazines and all soft coverings have been removed from the clinic.
  7. Table pads have been removed from the treatment tables and are available upon request but supplies are limited.
  8. Staff members will be wearing masks. 
  9. Only one client will be allowed at the front desk at a time.
  10. Curbside pickup is still available for products either from our online store. Or by calling the office at  574-264-2600.
